The 2020 Duty Free and Travel Retail Summit of the Americas will be held at the Hyatt Regency Orlando in Orlando, Florida. This convention center hotel offers the convenience of all exhibit and meeting space located on a single level in the convention center area, along with multiple restaurant options and a large number of sleeping rooms — all under one roof.

Room Reservations - Final Reservation Deadline is Friday, February 28, 2020

The Hyatt Regency Orlando is the official hotel of the show. Ensure you receive our room rate of $279 per night (plus applicable taxes and resort fee) by booking using this link. We ask that you only book reservations within our block to help us maintain reasonably priced exhibit and registration fees.

We recommend you reserve your room as soon as possible since rooms in our block sell quickly, and there is no guarantee rooms will be available through Friday, February 28, 2020. Please note that hospitality suites are not available for daytime appointments.

All reservations will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Once you make your reservation, you will receive a confirmation from the Hyatt Regency Orlando. Please check your hotel confirmation for specific check-in times and do not expect access to your room before that time. Please contact us for instructions if you want to book 10 or more rooms.

Note that ASUTIL and IAADFS do not have access to the hotel's room reservation database and cannot assist you with inquiries about specific reservations. Please contact the hotel directly using the information provided in your reservation confirmation.

Important Note about Hotel Reservations

The only official hotel reservation method is booking directly with the Hyatt Regency Orlando using the housing link provided above. ASUTIL and IAADFS do not work with any third-party housing agencies. If you receive any solicitations for housing via email or phone, please note that these are unauthorized, and reservations cannot be guaranteed. Any reservations booked through such soliciting companies may result in reservations that are not legitimate.

Reservation Changes and Cancellations

If you need to cancel or make any changes to your room reservation, please contact the hotel directly using the contact information provided in your hotel confirmation. We recommend that you make all changes and cancellations in writing and that you request written confirmation. You must cancel at least 72 hours prior to your confirmed arrival date to avoid a charge. If you cancel within 72 hours of your confirmed arrival date, you will be charged one night's room and tax by the hotel.

A Note about Arrival Dates

Please carefully consider your arrival date. If you do not check into the hotel on the day your reservation starts, your reservation will be canceled and you will be charged one night's room and tax by the hotel. If you attempt to check into the hotel prior to the start of your confirmed reservation, there is no guarantee the hotel will be able to accommodate you.
